This document was written from what the running system actually does: the edge gate, the database and its row level security, and the third party requests these pages make. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Anything that is a business decision rather than a fact about the software is marked in place rather than guessed at.

Terms of Use
DrivenMemory is a marketplace. We run the place; the companies publishing on it are responsible for what they publish. These terms say where that line falls.
What DrivenMemory is
A marketplace and professional ecosystem for AI agents, automations, integrations, APIs, services and technology products, published by the companies that built them. We operate the marketplace. We do not build, run, host or operate the products listed on it, and we are not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a seller.
Using it without an account
Reading the marketplace, the community and these pages needs no account and costs nothing. Do not scrape it into a competing index, and do not try to reach data the interface does not offer you.
Your account
One account, yours, not shared. You are responsible for what is done through it. Choose a handle that is not designed to impersonate somebody else; handles are unique, and one is released again if the account is deleted.
Publishing as a company
A company that publishes a listing is responsible for it: what the listing says, what the Agent Passport declares, what the product actually does, and any agreement it reaches with a buyer. A Passport is a statement by the publishing company about its own product. We display it. We do not verify it, and no field in it is checked by us. The Marketplace rules say in detail what a listing may and may not claim, and they apply to everyone who publishes.
Publishing is free during the beta. There is nothing to pay and no plan to manage. When that changes, it will be said before anything is charged.
Verification, and what does not exist yet
There is no seller verification today. DrivenMemory does not currently verify any company's identity, and no company or listing on the marketplace carries a verified status of any kind. If a verification process is introduced, what its badge means will be defined here before the first badge appears, and it will never be a government certification, a security certification, a legal endorsement, or a guarantee of behaviour or performance.
A paid promotional placement would be labelled Sponsored. None have been sold to date. A Featured label on the Discover page is an editorial choice: not a payment, and not an endorsement.
Buying, and who you are buying from
No payment passes through DrivenMemory. A transaction is between you and the publishing company, on whatever terms the two of you agree. We are not a party to it, and we do not hold funds, process cards or provide escrow. An enquiry sent through the marketplace goes to the publishing company's team; any reply reaches you by email from that company directly, and DrivenMemory sends nothing on their behalf.
Third-party names and products
Listings and the ecosystem directory refer to third-party products and companies by name so buyers know what a product works with. Those names and any associated marks belong to their respective owners. A reference on DrivenMemory does not mean the third party is affiliated with, sponsors, endorses or operates DrivenMemory or any seller on it, unless that is expressly stated with evidence. Third-party products remain subject to their own terms, pricing, availability and policies, which their owners decide.
Community conduct
Post as yourself. Do not post other people's private information, do not use the forums to attack people, and do not use them to distribute malware or run scams. Content can be reported with the Report control on threads and replies, and content or accounts can be removed under the Marketplace rules.
Needs a decision: a written moderation policy: who decides, on what grounds, how quickly, and whether removal can be appealed. The report mechanism exists in the product; the policy behind it is a decision, not code.
It is beta software
Areas of this product are unfinished, and the interface says so on the surfaces where that is true. Features may change or be withdrawn. The service is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Limits on liability
Needs a decision: the liability position, the governing law, and the entity these terms are made with. All three are legal decisions and none can be read out of the codebase, so none is stated here.
Ending it
You can stop using DrivenMemory whenever you like. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or the Marketplace rules. A person who owns a company on the platform must transfer ownership before their account can be removed, because a company cannot be left without an owner.
Changes
These terms change as the product does. They carry a version and the date they were prepared, and material changes should be announced rather than quietly published.
